people are obsessed with morning routines. and i get it. i do think they are critically important to the eventual success and satisfaction of your life. your days start with your mornings; your weeks start with your days; your months and years start with your weeks; and your years build up your life. so i do think mornings are a foundation of good, compassionate personal growth.
but i think people 1. think a morning routine is going to save them 2. it has to be like, 2 hours long to “work” and be impactful. not so! i’m here today to give you a structure for what i call a micro morning routine that yes, you can do from bed, in under 5 minutes, and i still believe it will be helpful to you. i’ll also detail my current morning routine and tweaks i have made.
