exactly how +what i eat in a day using the glucose goddess + bean protocol approaches
buckle in, this is a long one
okay folks, so if you’ve been in my orbit for half a minute you know i’ve been talking about the bean protocol for a while. recently i also discovered the glucose goddess on instagram and have been adding in her hacks and approaches to my diet. and i can honestly say this way of eating, while i’m not THAT strict about it, has evened out my energy, reduced cravings of all kinds (but especially sugar) and most importantly: feels doable and easy. i don’t know about you but i’m the queen of overcomplication and have done that so much with diets/food/wellness in the past, plotting out a month of freshly juiced vegetables, perfect made-ahead whole 30 frittatas, being extremely strict, only to have it crash and burn six days later and i find myself with my head stuck in a tub of breyer’s ice-cream, surrounded by half-eaten baguettes.
