hi secret soothers! welcome to my lair of chaos blogging. those who are paid subscribers (thank you!) are getting 1-3 updates a week about whatever my lil chaotic mind wants to write about. a lot of it is feng shui, including today’s post. later this week i’ll also share what supplements i’m currently taking, how i eat in a way to regulate my hormones and blood sugar, and maybe even a morning routine update?!
but for now, your home. i’m taking a feng shui class with amanda gibby peters and on the very first class she taught us the 9 things to look for in a healthy home. ie if in the future when we’re certified and going into somebody’s house, this is what we need to take stock of.
and it’s pretty simple stuff. but i find it’s the simple stuff that we often ignore. so today i’ll share those 9 items in the hopes it might make your house - and by extension, you! - feel better and brighter and more in flow.
on the other hand, if you have issues with any of these 9 things - know i do too! definitely not everything in this house is set up in feng shui perfection. in fact it has many a feng shui issue in some ways. but this list gives you a start place to check in if you feel you are being blocked or stuck in any area of your life, and ways to begin remedying that.
