In the energy realm, for the days when you just feel on the ground depleted, what are the most efficient energy hacks to get you started (not coffee)?

i'm going to write a lot more about energy/depletion and its root cause, but 1. having a savory protein filled breakfast and 2. taking a cold shower for 1-3 minutes are things that can really give me that boost if i need it!

Oops I chose number one but that was meant to be the first of many. I like all the above. I love when people share things (brands, quotes, books, products, nature things etc) they enjoy, like your SS recs, so more of that would be cool too. I read tarot for myself but never for others so I'm curious about that. Speaking of that...

I really liked the new moon journal circle; it was the first one I'd even been to, and that along with your podcast ep with the detailed explanation about the membership really enticed me to join. Looking forward to having those kind of milestones during the week and month for intentionality--thanks!
