anyways, today i wanted to veer in a slightly different but related direction, and talk about the importance of the foods you’re eating (or removing) and how it can relate to preventing or accelerating your emotional healing.
i find that i personally and a lot of others i know too tend to think of diet as “good” or “bad”, or “healthy” or “unhealthy”, but today i want to help you understand there is another lens that has helped me most of all, and that is understanding which foods and style of eating promote my emotional growth, my nervous system healing, and make me feel grounded, so that i have a capacity to explore my depths, overcome my fears, and make the moves that are important to me in my life.
(and yes i will talk about why removing or reducing caffeine relates to this, sorry not sorry.)
