mmmhhh i can more share what's going on for me energetically: I notice that I'm sometimes on fire and then easily overdo my tasks aka a put too much on my table and feel depleted after 1-2 weeks. I crave some stability, structure, consistency in my energy. It might be aligned a lot to my female cycle though and my numerology 1 type ;) I notice in times when I have less energy, the mind monsters come and the feeling of overwhelm and distrust in myself and capabilities. While on high energy times I feel like I can do and achieve anything. Quite a energetic ride!

Sleep hygiene and maintenance, I wake up to go to the bathroom at night and my brain is ON. Ruminating, looping thoughts. Also energy management when you have a high social engagement job. Also feeling overall muscle stiffness/tightness/tension?? Support here? Anyway, thanks for reading my rambling!

I take magnesium every night, actually but have just purchased the Calm drink to take during the day as well!

i hope it helps! that's the magnesium supplement that has helped me the most with anxiety, rumination and muscle tension. it's always kind of a crap shoot to figure out which supplements work with you individually but i hope that helps you!

Uhhhh I actually do have a topic I’d be super grateful to hear your take on: how do you structure your work days? What are your routines? How do you manage all your projects as a self-employed while still taking time for yourself? I find this super challenging when you have all the freedom in the world, but also a lot is responsibility:)

Hi. Would love to read more about hair loss and thinning, especially when (possibly) related to hormones. I see that you mentioned a magnum opus (!) on your hair loss journey, but I don’t see it in the posts. Is that still to come?

yes!! hopefully this month, but it may take longer bc of HLA promotion. and because i have SO MUCH to say!! the shorter version though is i used the principles of glucose goddess and bean protocol to stop hair loss for me personally - you could re-read those posts i did on those to get started and also just google the principles. but more to come!!
