My marriage has not been good for 4-5 years now. I've been constantly trying to decide/figure out/overthinking whether I should stay or go. I have been working hard the last 3-4 months to concentrate on myself, doing things that make me happy spending my time as I want to instead of obsessing over the relationship and him and I am happier. Making sure that I have time for me daily and weekly has helped immensley and I am just letting the marriage happen and I will see
What an absolutely gorgeous series Catherine. That Deepak chopra quote is so important for my little perfectionist brain. And the “I don’t mind what happens” is SO right on. I am going to be ruminating on both for the weeks to come!
This series has me thinking more about the balance between effort and letting be. It’s got me thinking about the importance of knowing in some sense the general direction I’d like my life to go in and putting it out there - in writing and/or verbally - putting some effort into it, without forcing - and then letting the universe do its thing. Thank you so much for this series, Catherine! Will definitely be referring back to it.
I absolutly loved the series and I just wanted to THANK YOU again again for your lessons and for your kindness. Enjoy your holidays, abrazo desde Argentina
This piece pairs so well with its previous one on nervous system grounding. I find that when I'm not in a state of surrender, and I armor up with a controlled exterior, it seeps out in odd and sometimes very public ways. There's a time and place for all of it: this series is a reminder that this, like so many things, is a practice. I am still sorting out how one commits to that without controlling it. Thank you for this guidance along the way.
I loved this series, thanks Catherine <3 Funny timing as I actually experienced a series of very interesting signs over this weekend though I'm not sure what to make of them, but I'm also trying to balance and not obsess and force some meaning...
A big takeaway for me is continuing to focus on and hone my intuition. I may check out your 30 days of intuition instagram series!
I've loved the whole series but I think my favorite takeaway was manifesting little, "silly" things to bring about everyday magic. Excited to experiment with that!
Read this series concurrently with 4000 weeks, this is a good idea. Also, asking myself these sorts questions every Sunday and writing then in a journal is an excellent way to develop a compass a la astronavigation, taking inspiration from the ancestors that have felt the call to explore rivers without gps and find their way back home.
💛🌈 The series has inspired me to make decisions more guided on signs and nudges, less from a forced mind-wants-to-plan-messy-life-perfectly attitude

After reading this series I'm more keyed in to signs and signals available to me on my path. Thank you, Catherine, for helping me tune in to these!!!
